I loved Heidi of Richardson Pribuss Architects. I thought I'd found the perfect Mill Valley Architect. I never dreamed that she would be unprofessional. In the end, she cost me tens of thousands of dollars, lost time and, probably, years off my life from the stress of starting off with incorrect plans.

But, at the least, before hiring her, you should read the PB+A report. It is a bit dry and technical but what is important is its findings.
